The premium offer package includes an exact determination of the sleep-wake cycle as well as a personal coaching session:
In addition to the questionnaire and the pocket-sky blue light emitting glasses of the premium offer package, the athlete's sleep-wake behavior is recorded extremely precise in the run-up to the competition (the offer includes the provision of an ActiWatch®/a CORE® Sensor). From the data of the recording, the individual chronotype is determined by me more precisely than is possible with just the questionnaire. The results and further instructions will then be explained and deepened by me in a personal (ZOOM®) conversation.
